I purchesed a North Face winter jacket from Dick's sporting in Rockaway, Nj. Im not sure on the exact serial number for the jacket. The only numbers I found were on the black tag on the inside RN# 61661 CA#30516 and CARE # 1012.
I love the jacket but within a coulpe weeks the velcrow on the right side is pulling the whole right arm of the jacket. At first I thought it was something I had done, but it keeps getting worse. I had to stop wearing the jacket. If the soft velcro (on the left side) was on the right side it wouldnt have happen. I hope something can be done. I bought the jacket at full price ($350) and now it just sits in a closet. My email is [email protected]. I hope to hear from you soon.
