Dealing with the A&E Call Center in the Philippines is the most frustrating part of dealing with A&E. The people who work in the Call Center have an attitiude towards providing service - they are half-a-world away and don't really care if they help you or not. They are rude and when asked too many questions they abruptly hang-up on you. A scheduled appointment mysteriously was taken off the schedule by these curmudgeons in the Philippines. DO NOT USE A&E.
