Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had as a consumer. They are contracted through Sears to repair an icemaker that has never worked. The have not shown for the scheduled appointment 4 times now. I guess they figure that they will wear you down and you will just give up. I can not even add up the hours I have spent on the phone with the representatives or waiting for a service person to show. Avoid these people if possible.
