Refund amount not recieved

Dear sir,
i have booked ticket with my debit card and cancelled on 7 june 2017 and it is showing that it is refunded to PAYTMAG. but i did not receive amount either in my bank or in my paytm wallet. please refund my amount as soon as possible.
