In 2013 I paid off a bill to a Accounts Recovery Corporation (A.R.C.) the address on my bill is 4240 Glanford Ave, Suite 100 Victoria, BC , V8Z 0A1.. The problem is that this is still on my credit report even if its been paid in full... the phone number on the bill is 888-769-9272.. but now when I call this number I connects me with (ARO) Company, I thought maybe the companies had merged together but when I give them my info they don't see this account... How in the world am I suposed to get this taken off my credit report..
