This company have failed to return my deposit, many phone calls later and still no results, just excuses, and given the run around, will now have to start Court action. Their Staff are obnoxious, and are full of deceiptful misleading statements, and are down right arogant, rude and condisending.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

this has just happened to me - did anyone get anywhere with getting the deposit back???

Took my money, didn't supply me with the minibus, now can't get my monies returned, do not use in any circumstances, wish I hadn't been rushing to find a minibus and had read the reviews, how true they are

I urge ANYONE who has dealt with A1 national van hire and had a bad experience as I have to contact national consumer helpline direct or trading standards. The more people who report it ..action will be taken. I have a direct contact who wants people to come forward with their problems with this company.
