I received a reinstatement offer from AARP for $12 a year, and was promised a FREE man "DAY BAG". Honestly, that is the only reason I took out the membership. I had been looking for something like this. The membership cards came, but not the free DAY BAG. I see online that this is happening a lot to others consumers of AARP.

If AARP cannot keep their promise and deliver the DAY BAG, then I will be cancelling my membership with them. I do not need to be associated with an entity that is dishonest. If in this small area, what else are they dishonest in?

Too Bad. I was really looking forward to getting the DAY BAG.
