As ABC Financial is very much aware that the local gym - Work Out World (WOW - LA Mirada, CA), shut down its operation back in September/October 2016 time frame and left many stranded many paid member who still up til now, do hot know why this company went out business. Many of us who paid, but did not receive such services as WOW failed to communicate its members (via email just like he managed all other communication) it was shutting down its doors at a particular time. Now, ABC Financial continues to bill out invoices for unpaid balances for something all of us (in good faith) paid our monthly (pay as you go) membership dues.

Furthermore, ABC Financial has now turned over this unpaid balance and assigned a collection company to collect on this unpaid balance. Is ABC Financial engaging in an fraudulent activity/manner or are you truly not know WOW went out of business a few months ago? We are considering and contemplating to file a "class action" lawsuit against WOW and ABC Financial to recover for our paid membership that we did hit receive any services as WOW left all of its members stranded without any concerns and regards to its members. Additionally, file for emotional distress and punitive damage for harrasing and adding so much strain on victims who were clearly victims and suffered harm and injuries through this act alone by WOW and now ABC Financial who wants to collect unearned membership fees, in which they are not entitled to.

We will be happy to go to court for any collection - unpaid balances - ABC Financial has assgined a collection party. We have and can provide evidence of all relayed payments (automatic debit charges by WOW) up until WOW shutting down operation. In fact, we are seeking for a full refund for the month(s) WOW was no longer in operation, but yet, we paid our monthly dues.

My complaints are like the many others here. I canceled my membership in January of 2015. Only problem is that I left the peperoni work with work out world employees to fax, it never happened and I find this out 4 months down the road because I received a letter in the mail from a collection agency saying I owe 150 dollars for payments they have been receiving. Hold on. That's right you have received payment for the last 4 or 5 months and you have the audacity to send my account to collections for an extra 150 dollars. By my calculations You owe me 92 dollars and the 150 for putting my account t into collections for payments recieved. I dont know the laws where your business originated from but I'm pretty sure that's illegal. Why deos the consumer have to jump through all these hoops and blame the run around game. I have already talked to a lawyer about this. I don't want to take abc financial to Court but I will, and I will sue for court fees and attorney cost. I just want this taking care of. ABC financial is in the wrong. I want the last 4 months back and for you to wipe this 150 dollar collection. I love the gym but I don't love the shady business and the children you have working at the gym. Just own up!

Hello, I am still tiring to cancel my membership, due to health issues I have not used it in over one year, but continue to be charged monthly. I do not know why I have to jump through so many hoops to do so. I have just spent some time reviewing the complaints about your company, ABC Financial, it really is unreal. PLEASE help me, I just need to stop paying for a service I no longer can use, I cannot afford to waste anymore money, please help me.
