I ordered last week, the 2-1 Citrus Zester. It was marked 1/2 off and I ordered it. I'm in my 70s and am pulling a 5th wheel around the USA, by myself, for the past 2 years. I need small items and this looked like a perfect solution for me. I haven't received the item yet, but was horrified to discover that the shipping was more than the item was. I do not understand how something less than .07 lbs could possibly cost $7.00. I'll not buy from Steals and Deals again.

I hope the right person at GMA reads my review because I’m not here to vent. In fact, the only reason why I’m on this board is because within the past few days I’ve reached out to a staff person at GMA regarding a GMA Deal, and he/she was very disinterested in helping me. Ironically, had the staffer shown a little more interest in helping me, they would have noticed their response was contradictory to everything he/she had said, and my reason for contacting GMA Deals and Steals about a glitch, which wouldn’t allow me to purchase a particular item, was valid.

I asked the staff member to provide me another person at GMA with whom I can speak with, however, the staffer has not responded to my request. As I stated above, I hope the right person at GMA receives this.
