I am very disappointment with absa bank Queenstown ,On 24 August me and my brother we send money for our cousin at pep store Worcester R6000 So the cashier told us to split the money into 4 *R1500 as you can only send R3000 per day. Then my cousin went to withdrew the money at atm absa Queenstown he only got R4500 the other R1500 did not come out from the atm when he try the second time its says money already withdrew .so he went to the bank to report this he was told to go the police station to open a case, at the police station they asked him who is gonna open the case for who cause the money did not come out from the atm its not stolen or someone else withdrew the money. So I phone absa bank I spoke to Nosi then she try to assist me with no luck the person that suppose to balance the atm for that day is refusing to balance the atm since my cousin lost the slip.my contact is 0642309385 thank u.
