It's been almost 4 months since my husband died and I'm still waiting for my husbands money .
Everytime i call they say i must wait another week , its been 3 weeks .
I emailed proof of address and my Id which they requested and also have the master of high court's letter which clearly show I'm the executor .
They tell me i must call back next thursday and when i call they tell me they still busy or they waiting for the documents to be approved . For 3 or more weeks i'm waiting no man

I am battling for more than a year to contact ABSA NDE (National Deceased Estates) per e-mail and per telephone. They do not answer the phones nor respond on e-mails. I went to the Cradock ABSA branch and was assisted to contact them per telephone. After holding the on for almost a hour and transferred from pillar to post the person trying to assist me only insisted that I must give her the e-mail address to which I have send the required information and was not willing to assist further.
