This is the last time i am submitting a email. If nothing gets resolved by the end of this week the date been the 2/10/2015 I will have no alternative but to hand this matter over to an investigstion team. I have submitted all the revelant documentation that has been required. The last been on the 23/09/2015 of which was stated by yourselfs that what all what was outstanding was my marriage certificate and Id document. Then my claim would be paid out. I spoke to a gentleman who contacted me by the name of Godfrey from a 011 3500000 number. And who told me if i needed to check on anything i could contact him on this number,only to find out this number only rings. Now you tell me where is the customer service now? I am utterly disgusted with the service been given by the Absa private security fund. I was them given another number 011 8463298 of which a lady eventually phoned back and said she would retrive the email and give to Godfrey and he will phone me same day. To this day i am still waiting. When i phoned and eventually got through i was told no one knows no Godfrey and they dont know what i am talking about. So now tell me am i been given false names aswell now?And been given the runaround again. 6 months now this has been going on. My Enquirey number i was given is Enq36051. I am actually so disgusted and shocked at this level of sevice.
