I have not receive my item with tracking number MY207426460028O and FYI the status for my items never being updated since 23th May 2020 which had been about 28 days already. According to the status , my item being processed at ABX BKI . Until now , there is not update on my parcel where-being . Previously , I had lodge the same complaint but no action taken as well as an update in which it is such a disappointment for me as a loyal customer for ABX , particulary for ABX courier. I'm afraid that the parcel is missing , overlooked etc.
