Delay in delivery and the tracking record is forever in tracing process. No one knows what happens to your parcel.
You are made to call their offices every where but no one is even answering the calls.
The purpose of them delaying delivery or not answering calls is to make the customers go to their office and collect the parcel themselves. After 2 days tracing my parcel delivery status, as of now I still have no idea what happen to my parcel.
