Call backs and hanging up on me

I have been calling the access florida number for about 2 hours now .. When they answer after being on hold for almost 45 minutes they hang up... This has happened every time I have called.. Not to mention they are rude.. And very disrespectful.. They have degraded me and made me feel like I am less of a person....
