unallocated money

I accidently paid Multichoice Nambia instead of Multichoice South Africa R365.00 on 30th of November 2017. I have made numerous attempts through the local office in Umhlanga to have this money refunded but I have not received help. Please help. Ref no3652606 account no:20087577 my id no:72020701750783.
