Fraudulent billing

I am a victim of fraudulent charges to my Victoria secret account by Account Assure. I am requesting a cancellation and full refund of all charges.
I pay my account,on time I noticed that despite my consistent payment history my balance was not going down as it should. I then opened another section on the website and saw that I was being charged a miscellaneous fee from another company I had never heard of. This charge was never shown on my bill payment screen and had to be searched for. I saw they had been charging for months and I was unaware as I never signed up for it or authorized a account form this company. I immediately felt ripped off and called a number for Victoria Secret and account assure to inquire about FEES. I called last night and emailed. and spoke to a representative to whom I expressed my concerns regarding I did not authorize this account, I want it cancelled immediately, and I want a full refund of the $I have been billed for years. I do not have any interest in this company or what they offer and would have never signed up for this! I feel victimized! The representative said she would cancel the account from my card and it should reflect in 2-3 billing cycles which is way too long! She also said I would be issued a full refund to my ** account of $ since the account is still active. However, I am not trusting the word of this company as I have already been victimized once by them. After research online I have become aware that this is common practice for this company and they do not hold up their word to honor cancellations or refunds. Therefore, I am submitting this claim to make sure I am taken seriously and my requests are honored. This fraudulent, unauthorized account has made me sick to my stomach knowing companies are doing this to innocent consumers. I asked for a confirmation email detailing our conversation and my requests but the representative said she could not provide me with 1. I hate that I have been victimized into paying for something I never approved or was aware of and that money could have been used for my children. This is totally unacceptable.
