Account Assure has been charging my VS credit card without permissiom

I have a Victoria Secret credit card and I pay the minimum balance of $27.00 a month. I haven’t bought any merchandise from VS in a few months to ensure that I could pay off all my debt first. Only to notice that my available balance is still only $34.00. I never authorized this company to have Account Assure on my credit card. This is ridiculous and I need that money put back towards my VS bill. Is there any way to get my money back??

Never signed up for Account Assure and they are charging me for it!
