I have a Victoria Secrets card and thought it was a wise idea to take out the insurance protection coverage provided by Account Assure. What a joke! I have been charged by them based on my balance every month since I opened my account. I have paid my payments monthly and never said anything. Recently I became unemployed and filed a claim with them. I worked full time in the corporate office of a staffing company and when I was let go (For Involuntary Unemployment, the Date of Loss is the date that you were notified by your employer that you would be involuntarily separated from employment. -this is from there terms) they came back with a denial that this was due to a temporary or seasonal job. No, it wasn't! So I refiled the claim and the same denial for the same reason! So what do I do??
Now, they have canceled the coverage which I was going to do anyway but I want all the past charges from them removed or something!

If anyone has any suggestions or can help me please!!
