You have sent me a collection notice for 2,659.71 for which I DO NOT OWE. I have never borrowed from united Auto credit corporation. YOU have the wrong Kenneth Spangler. IF you are not a scam send me my birthday and social security number. If you can't do that then stop bothering me or I WILL SUE YOU.

These people had been calling me to set up repayment for my student loan, asking me to pay $5 a month for a year and then they would adjust the debt then forgive the debt. None of this is what you signed on your promissary note with your loans regarding paying the government back. Ironically, Navient, the real servicers of my loan had a nice little discussion and he informed me- THIS IS NOT A LEGITIMATE COLLECTOR FOR STUND LOANS, THIS IS A SCAM!!!
Navient told me that any legitimate loan collector will request money to make payment arrangements.

Navient said to go to studentloans.gov to see your legitimate repayment, deferment, and forbearance.

I have been receiving call from this number for months. They will ask you if you are the person they are looking for and if not, they will hang up without removing your number for call list. I specifically requested this today from account person Dillon. Dillon was persistent to ask me questions about me and my number although he contact me he would not tell me anything about his company. I told him that I didnt ask for specific information and details about the person he was trying to reach- i specifically wanted to have number removed and report them to a governent agency for not removing my name for from call list. He advised me that unless I answered his questions about my identity he would not be able to remove me from list because " your number is a contact number"---that was it----"your number is a contact list". He then put me on phone with Supervisor Kayla who was just as rude and resilient. She told me that she was an expert in collections and that i could not report them for contacting me unless i told her who I am. O told her that I was not obligated to answer her question regardless of her expertise. I then told her that her client apparently gave her a number that was not his and she still could not comprehend that I was indirectly answering her question as to my identity. I asked her if someone gave her the presidents phone number as a contact just to be deceptive, would she still contact the president everyday until he told her who he was. Damn idiots are allowed to get away with this nonsense. IS THERE ANY GOVERNMENT AGENCY OUT THERE TO MONITOR THIS NONSENSE AND FINE THIS COMPANY FOR THERE AGRESSION.

I really don't know if it's more of a complaint but I'm more concern in what I'm getting myself into... Whether if it's something I should be doing or something that I should stay away. I've been contacted plenty of times and talked to probably a few people about my account. I tried paying off from money orders and they just sent it back... Which I found it odd. Now this time I faxed everything and made sure I sent every single page twice. Not once but twice making sure they had everything. They then asked me to send one page that they supposedly didn't get through my phone and send it through email. I took plenty of pictures making sure it wasn't blurry and it had every requirements they asked for and even though I called someone picked up like it was their personal phone instead of the company itself. That is something I look forward to instead of not answering. And letting it ring for a long period of time. I really am worried if they are a scam and know my account info from my bank and decides to take everything because I'm not making enough for me to be paying off how much I owe. I am just struggling from anxiety because I don't want to wake up one morning and find out that everything that i worked hard for just disappear. That money is barely getting food in my body and getting me to work. I can't even buy any new clothes and they are shredding.... My question is do they have that ability to just take everything.... I fear that I'll be left with nothing and lose my jobs.... I cannot bare these thoughts going through my head. I want a better way to pay these debts...

Private caller call on my phone. Woman has my name. When I asked who she was calling with she said she would have to collect more information to talk freely. She had a birthday but refused to identify herself or give me a supervisor.
