So in 2013 I got a letter that I owed 647.65 to A.R.C company. As I knew I did owe this money I made arrangements to pay this off.. Now 5 years later it is still on my credit report... I try calling the number on the bill they sent me but I keep getting ARO company and this company can not find this account... I need this taken off my Credit report... I paid off another bill through ARC company and that one was taken off my credit report.. I don't understand why this one is still there cause I paid it off before the other one that is no longer on my credit report
