We have a small 0il burner service company in Canada and are being harassed by Ace or impostors! These people are yelling obscenities, continually calling tying up our business and cell lines so we are loosing business. AND NOW THEY HAVE STARTED CALLING IN WITH THE CALLER ID SAYING IT IS MY HUSBANDS CELL PHONE!! Seriously how are they able to do that? I answered the phone thinking it was my husband and I was called an old B....! How can this be stopped? Please any suggestions?

Please help me, These guys called me up and told me they were selling Snap-on quality tools at a discounted rate and they were going to send them to me, If I did not want them I could send them back, Once I got them ad realized it was a scam, I tried to send them back, They would not give me a shipping label or advise me were to return, Now theyare calling the main business line, Harassing everyone that works here, not to mention all the lost revanue due to calls being missed. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

I bought a couple of things from Ace. The salesman wanted me to try some other tools and said i had six months to return them if i didn't like them. So I agreed. They were not very good, so i called ace and they told me where to send it. I sent it 3 months after i got it. Now, 5 months later, They Got their "Attorney" to call me and told me to pay my remaining balance. Attorney is in brackets because i am very well certain that he is not. he uses bad language and yells at me and not very politically correct. I told him that i sent the package away already and i have a tracking number. He called me a lair and told me I would be going to jail because he was filing a claim. When he looked up the tracking number he realized that i was telling the truth. But then he said that i was too late in returning it and that Ace refused my package. He said walmart has a 60 day return policy . I don't know what Walmart has anything to do with this but every company is different and it doesn't say anywhere on the website what the return policy is. It just said: call Ace. I did that, and we agreed that i had 6 months to return. He preceded to call me dumb so i just hung up. But my phone is on a non stop ring. I cannot believe a company does this. He yelled at my wife and my son. I Blocked their call. but they call from different numbers.

These people have been calling me saying I ordered a drill bit kit or some kind of saw for over 2 years!! They have my number in which I have no idea how they received it. The address that this tool saw was shipped to is not even my address or never has been?! It is a city that I am very unfamiliar with that is 30 miles from where I have lived for 13 years. They keep harassing me and threatening me that they are going to send this to collection. I have blocked there calls and they just keep calling from other numbers. It's getting really old! I tryed being nice with these people on several occasions and they just don't get it. I am an employee of Chrysler corp for over 15 years and don't even know what this saw does or ANYTHING about how they received my number, who ordered this and why they would keep calling me on a address that I don't know anything about! These people just never stop! What kind of company would send tools out to someone without any kind of payment information!? That's what has me puzzled! To me it does not seem like a very smart management team. I could write a novel about the encounters I have faced with these people. All I want is these people to STOP calling me and leave me ALONE! I don't have time to be harrased as I am a father of 3 small children and a wife who works full time also! If anyone else has experienced this sort of problem with Ace Industrial Tools PLEASE post your comments!
