3 months back I have called phone choice to report that the laptop that I bought from them has stopped working they advised me that they will send A courier to come and pick it up till today I'm still waiting for the courier I have done lots of following ups and they keep on saying someone frm the courier company will come in the next 2 days... They still debit my account for payment for something that is no longer working yet Ii is insured but still I don't get assistance they keep on lying and lying... I am going to report this fraud to all platforms
