I PURCHASED A NETBOOK A0722 IN AUGUST. WOKRS FINE, EXECPT IN WILL NOT PRINT TO A WIRELESS HP PRINTER AS IT SHOULD. HP PRINTER IS LESS THAN ONE YEAR OLD AND I HAVE A TOSHIBA LAPTOP THATS PRINTS TO HP PRINTER. WORK OVER TEN HOURS ON PHONE OVER SEVERAL DAYS WITH HP TECK. THERE DRIVER WILL NOT UPDATE ON SYSTEM, RAISED COMPLAINT TO NEXT LEVEL WITH TO HP, NOT RESPONSE TODATE. ACER TECK WILL NOT EVEN SPEAKE TO ME ULESS I PAY $100. CAN FIND OUT IF THE PROBLEM IS ACER OR HP. I HOPE THAT SOMEONE FROM EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES READS THIS COMPLAINT. THERE CUSTOMERS SERVICES IS NOT RELIABLE. IAM SORRY I PURCHASED THE ACER AND MY NEXT PRINTER WILL NOT BE AN HP.

I have the same problem with a $2500 11X17 HP laser printer. But as much as i despise Acer, as far as i know this is a Windows 7 issue. Although HP has new Win 7 drivers, it also says you don't need them because they are included with Windows. But neither work. And if by some miracle you do get it to work...you can forget any type of printer sharing. Win 7 has destroyed the once simple process of printer sharing.
I have a older XP(only good MS OS) machine hooked up to my laser printer. I can't wait for people to fix issues. I need to work for a living without relying on someone who can't grasp the english language to make lame excuses.
I keep telling them to press 1 for english, they don't get it though.
