One of the managers by name Sally at the Acids institute in Winter Park Florida (actually the hair salon were the students provide services) has just treated me in the utmost rude and disrespective manner. I have dropped my daughter off at 10:00 a.m. this morning for highlights... That's it just the highlights... I do understand that students take longer but I was not expecting, and none of the workers there mentioned, did this service would take 6 hours!!! when I call for an update I was told that I formation, I reacted and asked for somebody else to take over and finish my daughter in a timely manner. To which Sally responded that she would not get anybody else to assist and if I did not like how it was done there to go someplace else. This was done again in utmost rude and angry manner. she as a manager had an option of diffusing the situation or escalating it and she chose to escalate it. If she would just said apologetically that it took longer than usual anything along those lines to validate my feelings this would not have matter this much, but she chose to again treat me like she was in any way better. We are paying customers and we deserve to be treated with respect. I work in customer service department myself and know how picky people can be, and would never complain publicly unless this person actually deserved it.
