I have been being charged for something I am not getting. This needs to be dealt with. I don't want your product and would like my money back for something I have not gotten

I also signed up for a free sample and have now been billed a further USD140. I do not wish to receive any further product from this company. How can I ensure that no unauthorized charges are made in the future? I have not finished the trial products so have no idea if they will work for me.

I signed up for a FREE trial of Hydroxatone just this week. Of course the product has not arrived yet, but in addition to $2.77 coming out of my account, $195.62 has also. This is unethical. My bank informs me that something similar happened to me in 2012. September $1.99 came out followed by $69.18 in the October. I did not ever receive any product. What is going on?

hi, i just want the free trial bellaplex and tha hydroxatone .. and I notice that i got a bill and keep on sending me the products which i do not want. I just order the free trial... I would like to returned this products hydroxatone cost of $146.85 and bellaplex $146.85 which I never order. please stop sending me this products... thanks

I just wanted the free trial which I am still trialling and then notice that I got a bill for $ 6.91 and then one for $70.06 and them keep sending me their product which I do not want. Further Bellaplex did the same for $7.16 and then $72.05 but only ever send me the free trial sample.
I understood the products were free trials and at this stage I would like those moneys refunded. I would gladly return these products - they just clutter my place.
Total Aus $ charged: 156.18 and I NEVER ordered anything.
