Want my money back
Hello there,
I was manipulated to join ACN by saying it is easy way of earning money. They did not tell me the challenges of it and the hard work to do. They only explained all of it after I joined. As I am not interested in doing this business, I want my money back.
My IBO no. Is 7250383975.
Thanks.

Trust me, STAY AWAY
I joined ACN at a time when I was out of work and I worked it HARD for several months. At my high point, I had almost 200 customers on phone services and long distance plans. All the while ACN nickel and dimes you to buy and use their printed marketing material, costs for printing your customer list, website fees, annual renewal fees, etc. By the time you're done paying your fees, you make less than $40 bucks a month. When you consider how many hours I spent explaining to all the customers how their going to save money and make money, it just clearly isn't worth it. After having 200 customers, and not making any money, I had to admit to myself that either I was stupid to continue or a hypocrite. I would even go as far as many others have gone to say that it amounts to a scam, however ACN will point out that you ARE earning money, but it turns out it is a pittance compared to your time and own expenses incurred while selling. These days, you'd be far better off to spend your time being an Uber driver than working ACN for example. The worst part in my memory was that the ACN business support can't even sign up new customers properly when you input their orders. I had to re-send customer orders to join ACN services sometimes 5 and 6 times before the incompetent idiots would input their orders. ACN back-end business offices are of little or no use, why should I be struggling to find new customers and then they can't even input their orders in a timely manner? Many customers had to wait so long for their services to start they ended up calling me and saying "just forget it".
As for the services themselves, they might have been a good alternative 10 years ago, but now with increased competition and other choices available, they're not even saving you any money and customer support is not very good either. The basic internet package is too slow for modern day TV streaming, and the digital phone service has many quality and stability issues. There's also the glaring fact that Once I had upwards of 200 customers signed away from Bell, the lines which had been previously working well for years, suddenly and mysteriously started having "noise" and "connection" issues requiring numerous on-site service calls. Call it what you want, but after dozens of times seeing it, it's clear to me that Bell uses their infrastructure to extort money out of the resellers by requiring these service calls - they are determined to get their money out of you one way or another, and you as the customer, suffer while you have to wait for the repairman to come out and pretend they're fixing something which clearly wasn't broken in the first place. Further proof is in the fact that Bell almost always took the maximum time window contractually possible before addressing service issues - punishment for switching away from them! I even saw this in small Northern Ontario towns where I knew the only service guy in the area personally and he was NOT busy when Bell representatives would tell me they needed excessive time for basic service calls - calls that I knew were unnecessary in the first place. A customers phone worked perfectly for 20 years, then they switch to ACN, and the line suddenly stops working. Overall, the deck is stacked too deep against you with ACN so trust me, don't waste your time, money and energy.

Please don't get involved!
I have ordered products through ACN and am completely satisfied. I have a flash phone, a VOIP phone, we ordered Direct TV, and ADT. The services work fine. The customer service has been fine. Everything showed up on time and was installed on time. I think it's interesting that people can even bring up the word scam. I mean the services work or they don't. I am being charged what I said I was going to be charged. You can google AT&T, Verizon, Comcast, Vivant, ADT, Centurylink, etc and complaint and get all kinds of negativity. The fact of the matter is that you need licenses with the Federal government, the FCC, with all these different service providers to be in business. Period.

ACN Are Shit! they take your money suck you in and run! they clearly say its your fault when their products are faulty and refuse to help you, and on top on that they don't have 24hr toll free help you have to call them during business hours and get put on hold then sent to "tech support" which are clearly based in India. Their customer service is rubbish-unsatisfied "customer"
