Being part of superteam and having a terror and u professional team leader who uses her position to manipulate people,degrade and abuse employees rank and position this is very unhealthy and unjust. There are alog of unfair treatment and practices.There are alot to mention but 1 thing she hates the most is if you get sick and hispitalized you will regret the day you were out once you are back your life will be hell. All eyes are on you no proper due process. All people makes mistakes but if you cant be close to her she will serve all kinds of papers just for you. Dpf will be issued ever after 3 months of incident. Based on the odms dpf should be issued immediately 2 days from yhe said incident for written or final ad 5 days if for termination however it was creates montha before dpf was filed. Hearing was conductes but in an unprofessional setting with no minutes.No process and investigation done. After few weeks an outcome will be provided verbally and a week after they will change their decision to termination. Theres still a lot but this is one of the worst instance not to mention the shouting during my call to reprimand and demand to go on coaching while talking to the customer and the event i was crying while taking calls because of humiliation.
