defaulted loan error

I was out of school for part of 2014. I started receiving the typical calls from ACS stating that I needed to file a forebearance. I had registered for school by June and informed ACS representatives that I would be going back to school in July. They kept telling me that my loan was going into default before july and I my only option was to do a loan consolidation. I looked at the information but I wanted to wait until I finished all school before I decided to do that. In August I began receiving letters from ACS that I was in an in-school deferment which led me to think that the issue was resolved. In december 2014 I received a call ECMC stating that I had two defaulted loans with ACS. I called ACS and they told me I had one loan in default even though I have only THREE loans with them. Basically I have been sent through the run-around, and
1. ACS has not given me an answer to tell my why two of my loans are in in school defferment, and one is in default. They are all from University of phoenix. They tried to tell me that the loan was "more in default" but that is not true and impossible!!

2. WHY does ECMC have a "ghost" loan #4

3. The loan/s went into default in NOVEMVBER 2014. I have been enrolled in school since JULY 2014!!!

I really need help! the run around between both of these companies is costing me.. And its on my credit report..

My name is cheney from uk. I never believed in love spells or magic until i met this spell caster once when i went to Africa in February this year on a business summit. I really loved him, but his mother was against us and he had no good paying job. So when i met this spell caster, i told him what happened and explained the situation of things to him. At first i was undecided, skeptical and doubtful, but i just gave it a try. And in 7 days when i returned to Canada, my boyfriend (now husband) called me by himself and came to me apologizing that everything had been settled with his mom and family and he got a new job interview so we should get married. I didn’t believe it cos the spell caster only asked for my name and my boyfriends name and all i wanted him to do. Well we are happily married now and we are expecting our little kid, and my husband also got the new job and our lives became much better. His email is [email protected]

bad customer service

I recently filed a complaint against ACS on behalf of our daughter. Too soon yet to know if filing the complaint will help her situation.
Those of you who have listed your complaints might want to consider doing this for yourself.

ACS is a part of the Xerox company. I phoned the Ethics Office below at the help line number. My complaint was taken by a third-party service, who gave me a reference number and an email address to follow up with. Within a day I had a response from the ACS Ethics Officer that my complaint had been received and forwarded to the appropriate people to follow up.

bad customer service

Dear Sir, My name is susan Pepper and my account # is B05021813 and I am very angry about the service. I am a teacher and I usually make several payments at one time that are sent with the booklet stub for that month or months. Since Jan there has been a problem who ever processed my payments did not do it correctly. I have been in contact with two people since Jan and they both told me it was fixed. The last person s name was Mana # 3028 and she told me everything was corrected. I than got a letter from aes that they were taking over the loan, so I sent a payment to them in March but it was an April payment with a note to make sure it was applied to April not March. Well I get a letter from AES saying that April's payment is due, so I called ACS spoke to Malcom 0n 4/6/12 he said it should be taken care of within 7 to 14 days. Then I had to go and call AES and explain to them what happened then I had to call ACS back and talk to them. I want a letter clearing this matter and I want the two agencies to talk because i am tired of being on the phone for two hours. I have always paid my loan on time but there seems to be a problem with the people who process them They don't look at the stub when it goes in and they assume it is for that month.
