Damage Items!

Dear Awok Team,

This is regarding the shipment I received last Thursday (26 October 2017). Order No: 2597447659. Two (2) items are damaged:
Item 1 - Action Camera - The screen is broken/with crack,
Item 2 is the Eye Massager - The spring connected for the battery is missing (left eye side). Please arrange to replace these items ASAP and let me know the procedure to return the damage items. This is my second order, next time, please do check your items before shipping them!
Encircled in red are the damaged items. Please refer for the attached pictures for proof of damage items.
