why fb phone no talk to a service person 57 charge by people only get on and no put on photos to it no co comments and how charged if just wanted once

can you refund 57. 18 what charg for during a no photos put on comments and just people going on at done comments to nothing just there my facebook japan earthquake and other dono . just a one charge to don di not want ongoing just the at time one ad one ad

Fraudulent credit card charge

On my daily online Visa credit card account check I noted a strange charge of $48 from ACT showing a transaction date of 07/19/2014. I have never done business with this company and have no idea how they got my credit card information. On Monday I will be contacting Bank of America, the issuer of my Visa card, to try to have the charge cancelled.
