I signed up for the Montreal Rock and Roll Marathon but it was cancelled because of Covid. After going through a difficult refund process, they were ready to send my refund back but I had cancelled the credit card that I had uses to pay for the marathon. I sent several emails but have heard nothing back. On their web site they have a phony telephone number that give the time and temperature when you call it. When you scan their bar code, they give you a phone number that is missing a digit. They make it very difficult to get your money back.98354
