Hello my name is LaPhill Knox. I’m writing this letter because I am beyond pissed with the unprofessional staff you have employed at the Fontana office they are racist and rude. According to Adecco staff at the Fontana office I have been employed with 4 jobs which is false I recall two. One I resigned from and the second one I was removed because of the managers disliked me because of my past. Adecco staff approved me for a shift in the San Bernardino area that started on Monday I told the recruiter before hand I had a doctors appointment and I will be able to start the following day I have a note to give you as well instead she mark me as a no call no show in the system and told me the position had been filled, she also told me to reach out to other Adecco around the area and see if they have any shifts available so I did I contacted the Rancho Cucamonga office and I spoke with Valerie and she told me she had two positions available in the warehouse one of them I already worked at and the second one was a shoe factory weekend position she told me over the phone that the position was mine and she needed me to come in and drug test the moment I got here they had us waiting outside doors in the cold the opened the doors late 8:45 to be exact I signed in and that’s when ginger approached me and told me to come to her desk She started off with a bad attitude I simply greeted her as I set down and she completely ignored me and asked what happened with your last assignment explained to her what happened in the past with the jobs I had with the company and she said oh no too many problems you have a bad attitude according to the notes in the system my response was that’s one sided and how can you judge someone you don’t know and I told her I was offered a position already she the replied no so then I asked well where is Valerie the lady I was initially supposed to be interviewing with she then said Valerie is behind me she helps me out sometimes so from there I politely asked to speak with the on-site Manager. Who is Sandra she was in the rear of the office having a loud personal conversation on the phone, Ginger said she told Sandra the manager that I was out front waiting to speak with her I sit in the waiting area for an additional 30 minutes so I asked another staff employee is the manager available ginger then jumped in the conversation and said don’t worry about her Sandra already knows she’s waiting. So five more minutes go by then ginger gets up walks to the managers office turns off the light and close the door. She’s talking privately with the manager shortly after that the door flys open and Sandra is power walking out of the building so I asked isn’t that the manager I been waiting on Ginger response to me was she said tell you to drive back up here at 11:30 she will talk to me later on so many levels this is rude and unprofessional.
Last time I was here at this office they told me to go get my forklift license gave me there word you will have a forklift position through our company if you follow our instructions so I went down paid for the license they gave me a card to get a discounted rate I got certified and everything go back to Adecco in Rancho oh we don’t have any positions for you. Crazy part is I had just over heard a conversation with a Hispanic female applying for the same position and she had no prior experience or license guess who received the job she did and when I brought it to there attention she tried to give me a warehouse job hard labor with less pay
