U have changed my system of ADSL without my approval just sent a message I couldn't convinced that's what I can afford please return to the.original system I had contracted for

I'm your ADSL customer since few years a go on the land line number 0643 893 143 - usually I pay two months in advance without any delay.
My complaint about two points.
1- The internet speed is very slow which preventing me to followup my work and get the required result according two our contract together (you supply the 1MB speed during the one month period which you paid for)
2- The internet service shutdown for many days without any deduction or change the pay date from your side. the company pretend nothing happened and get full monthly payment- regardless the non-service days.

this not the first complaint - you can go back to the system history and you will find-out that.

اننى عميل لديكم فى خدمه ألأنترنت المنزلى منذ عده أعوام على الرقم ألأرضى 0643893143 - عاده أدفع شهرين مقدما وبدون تأخير. .

أشتكى من نقطتين
1 سرعه الانترنت بطيئه جدا مما يمنعنى من متابعه عملى أو الحصول على النتيجه المطلوبه طبقا للتعاقد الذى بيننا (تقدمون خدمه ألأنترنت بسرعه 1 ميجا بايت مدفوعه ألأجر على مدار الشهر
2- كما أن الخدمه تنقطع لأيام وعلى الرغم من ذلك تقوم الشركه بتحصيل ألأيصال كاملا بدون النظر أو قطع للأيام التى انقطعت فيها الخدمه
وللعلم
اذا راجعتم الوضع على النظام ستجدون شكواى هذه متكرره عده مرات دونما ان تأخذ الشركه أى موقف ايجابى .
