poor rude customer service(sosha), misinformed on equipment charges, outrageous cancellation fees,
I am more then upset at how I was treated being a customer for only four months. Firstly ADT Home Security was installed in my fathers house, because he passed this summer and property was vacant. I am his son, and moved in but kept security system operable. I am also a member of the Armed Forces with a fixed budget.
My complaint is simply this customer service is rude and are lacking poor customer relations. One name is Sosha who was disrespectfull. I was misled on separate charges for the equipment $1600, I will never have that amount since I am in a consolidation program to avoid bankruptcy. These people call everyday wanting this, and I have the same answer "don't have it" They are unreasonable to make payment plans, so as of 10/25/2014 I have cancelled my service with a $1600 fee to cancel. Lastly ADT will never be recommended or by me today. Worst company I have dealt with.
