My alarm went off at 8.25 this morning. I received a call from your control center at 9.18. This is unacceptable for a security company. I could have been dead by the time you bothered to respond. Vvvvv. Unimpressed

Please note that ADT Security keeps on sending me an account that is in dispute because they handle their accounts very badly.
In September 2016, I was seperated from my husband, who upto that point paid all expenses relating to the co-owned home.
He didnt tell me that he cancelled the debit order.

In January 2017, I changed Alarm companies due to the fact that I was offerred a better price.
I told sms'd my ex husband to please cancel ADT.

We are married COP and he does and has always paid the accounts.

In MARCH 2017, on the 23rd I get a call to demand the monies from me.

After complaining about the curtness of the manner in which this debt was approached.

I get a apology as ADT has handed this debt badly, 50% offer to pay the monies immmediately.

On the 11th January 2017 their equipment was disconnected, On the 26 May 2017 i get a threatening Letter that I am witholding ADT's equipment in my post box. I sent Neville 0825777886 a sms to say I would like an apology for the defematory letter as i am not withholding any equipment. I haven't heard from Neville.

ADT has had several debt collectors call and email me. Today was Thapelo from Credit works. I asked him to Email me or put his matter in writing and he slams the phone down.

I have put on record this is a dispute.

My alarm was triggered at 06:56 - normal action would be that I receive a telephone call - then the reaction unit would come out its now 45minutes later - NOTHING YET!!!!! POOR SERVICE
