I been shopping at Advance Auto Parts for 5 years I have seen GM come and go in the East Haven store I have a good bond with a couple of employees that work there. Let me tell you I have seen some dumb managers,some rude managers,but this year is by far most the worst one. There's a new manager there by the name of Angie,she has NO common sense NO customer service Skills and super super lazy. She don't put in wipers she doesn't install batteries and I have heard her say we don't do check engine lights Auto Zone does plenty of time and for parts too. She argues with customers and talks to some of her employees like trash. I have even seen her hangup on customers. My first interaction with her was because my 2 main people i go to was super busy,so I gave her a chance I asked for a camshaft sensor for my Nissan Altima I watched her struggle to look it up finally she found it and said we dint have it you can check at auto zone so I said why would you send me across the st. She said you want the part or not. I said okay no need for attitude she said is my store you don't like it get out. After that I went to another employee she was super cool and said I dint have it I can get for tomorrow I said no I'll just go across the st. Like the girl said she said no way we love your buisness hers I apologize for whatever happen I'll give you 10% and get your part. Moral if the story Angie GM sucks that store has slowed down customer wise since she got there because she SUCKS
