A employee at advance auto in Alexandria Virginia put the wrong radiator cap on my car on April 8th 2023 and on April 9th my radiator busted and made my engine locked up. I called and reported the situation and they told me to send them the invoice from my mechanic so they can fix my car. After all the communication and emails… I realized I was getting lied to by the employees and my complaint never made it to the corporate office. I’m so disturbed and physically exhausted and sick about this situation. The local police department told me to file an civil lawsuit against advance auto.
