Never ever visit this...
Employees are rude and ill mannered... cant speak english at all and can not even manage the general information of appointments of the customer.

They called and booked my appointment and then they say that cannot take when i reached there... and give all the excuses of coupon expiring. Third appointment anyways was within the mentioned time frame. 2nd appointment got expired but they dint understand... very bad communication... no matter how simple English u use to explain , plainly they will... Sorry i dint understand!!!

Also, i had called many times before for second appointment for which either they will not pick up or simply say.. no appointment available...

They made it a way to earn from Groupon...
Only we buy the deal.. they never give appointments and later say that coupon expired...

Worst experience ever... i feel like crying... dealing with such people is very irritating and harassing!!


I travelled 1.5 hours to relax, and instead they made it worst!!

I just noted many complaints online for this shop after I bought the 3 session package. I tried to call for reservation but no one answering my calls. OMG. I so regretted now. So I need to personally go down to the shop just to make a reservation??? (Cry~~~)

Just then I found out so many bad reviews about this shop after I bought online for 3 sessions of foot massage. I want to make a reservation but no one answering my calls. Omg. I so regretted on my purchase now. Perhaps I have to personally go down to the shop to just make a reservation? (Cry~~~) Why is this ad still allows online if they really cannot fulfil to customers' needs?

I bought a 3 session facial premium package @ $75.00.

This shop is located at Clementi Ave 3. When I went in I find it uncomfortable. The place is dark.
A China lady serve me. She give me a cup of tea and tell me to wait. After a while she tell me lay on the bed and she when out and call her boss. I over heard that she tell her boss she do not know how to wash. Later she went in and wash my face and tell me her boss tell her to cleanse my face first and she will come right away.

She start to put the cleanse on to my face, I told her that she had to remove my make up first and she don't seem to know how. She ignore me and continue to cleanse. Her skill is horrible, soso got into my mouth and eyes. I am very angry and ask her to stop. I tell her that I want to talk to her boss.

This Solon do not have the facilities and equipment that was written on the groupon.

I would like to ask for refund.
