Case no 188 2019 Dubai court has ordered to provide the court-appointed editor Mr Haider to access my personal account no 0691120580 for legal proceeding which has not been granted by Mashreq Bank till yesterday. Kindly let me know the reason and how this can be arranged

Dear Sir,

Further to my discussion over the phone with Dr. Edris please, note my opinion for our further actions.

The bank has not provided access to your statements of account to enable the Auditor to make his adequate report.

If the court is unable to settle the dispute we should file the case against the bank.

Please advise.

I agree with you. But why the bank is refusing to give access to my account on court order there must be a reason .kindly contact the editor and ask him the reason thank you for the information and please keep informing me about the progress of the case.

If you can provide me with the copy of the court order by email to Mashreq Bank then I can go to the legal department of Mashreq bank personally to get permission to give access to provide access to my account by the editor as per court order. This will be easier and will help the editor to have access to my account as soon as possible before taking legal action against Mashreq Bank. Kindly advise me as soon as possible and I will be waiting for your early response thank you.
