We booked first class tickets for flight to Mexico. Some flights operated by Delta, who cancelled flight back to NY with no notice. Aeromexico supposedly booked us on flight next day, when we checked in, told flight was overbooked, put on stand-by. Eventually got tickets, in tourist. Have gotten no response from attempts to reach AM re compensation for the wasted money.

We booked flight to Mexico on Aeromexico, some flights handled by Delta. Flight late to Mexico City, NO Help from AM employees finding connected flight. On return flight, Delta cancelled the flight to NY, no notification. AM set us for flight next day, when checking in, told flight overbooked, put on stand-by. Eventually got tickets in tourist, had paid for first class. Have not been able to get a response from AM regarding compensation for wasted money.
