Horrible customer service. Some time back I took my mother to get dentures at this facility. We paid cash for all services so we had the choice of going anywhere. If I could give them negative stars I would. The first set never fit right and caused my mom to choke all the time. I took her back today to see if they could refit them correctly. After paying another $495 the secretary told me we could come back in two hours to get the new set fitted. We waited more than two hours and when I asked another secretary at the front to see if they were ready. She said that she'd ask the first lady we talked to if they were. She came back and rudely said, "SIR, she said she NEVER told you two hours and that we're waiting on a deliver at 2:30." I told her that was not the case and that both my mom and I heard the same thing. She didn't care and simply said I could wait or come back another day. Then she slammed the door. I will be spending the rest of the day letting everyone know what a horrible place this is and warn them to never do business with this dentist.

The office is first come first served from 9-10:30. Fine,,,got there at 8:45 and was second to go in. Just needed xray and consultation for implants, because after they made my dentures my lowers would not stay in. Said I had two teeth on my lower that needed to be replaced and come back at 12:00. Which they told everybody that was there from 9-10:30. Waited until 12:45 to pick up my teeth and couldn't wait any longer because I had a dr's appt. at 1:00. After dr. appointment at 2:30 called to see if my teeth were ready and told they were already closed. Drove 90 miles for this and they are going to be closed for a week before I can get back. Very rude office help.....have no care if patients have other things to do but sit and wait.
