Customer Service

I want complaint why I should to waiting long time just want feedback from Airasia live chat or tweets. When I call the customer service. They sd AK nmbr can't to call them. So if both the direct line cant to refer. Which nmbr or place can I ask by online. I need some help from air Asia but no feedback
