I have been paying Aflac for over two years and when I hurt my shoulder and need surgery to repair it I file the claim like I was supposed to and I get denied because they say it was not worded right and how can the prove it was an accident. They have all doctor and operation notes and still denied four times. Would not recommend Aflac to anyone they are only out for themselves.
