After paying into Aflac when I needed them they really failed me I am now behind on everything I had to file a hospital and short term disability well the hospital they sent me 100 out of the 1000 after speaking to my Aflac rep. B. Rainey I then find the required document they first requested is really not what they needed and trying to gather correct information about what you need to send very hard the customer service reps don't so many different answers especially B. Rainey and all they really needed was proof that I was in at least 23 hours that took sometime with the short term shortage of over 2 weeks pay well praise God still have a job have to play catch up for something I pay every pay period on time I had to go out the house and pay for records after having back surgery
