One of the directors blatantly told us they would never pay or refund! They said that we were wasting our time complaining to Malaysian Consumer Tribunal. They are also aware that the Tribunal could not take any legal action against them.
It's so frustrating and upsetting that despite we have the positive verdict, the dishonest agent still could escape. Where is the justice?!

Received a Philippine maid on 24Dec14. Maid refused to work and wanted to go home after 6 days. Agency agreed to change another maid for us with additional fees of RM 2K+. Promised to provide new maid within 2 months. Failed to provide after 2 months with the reason of being delayed by Malaysian Immigration. Proposed to us to apply a new maid with another name (sibling) or provide a 'fake' medical report claiming a sick parent required maid care. We objected both proposals and we were asked to wait for another 3 months. After waiting for 2 more months, the agency still couldn't confirm the estimated arrival of the new maid. Felt cheated and asked for refund. The agency refused. We complained to the Malaysian Consumer Tribunal to seek justice on May 2015. Over and over again we won in Tribunal Court but disappointedly the Consumer Tribunal Court has no authority to take legal action against this agency. Our recent 'victory' was on Feb 2016, again the agency refused to refund and the Malaysian Consumer Tribunal was not able to give us justice :(
