After carefully reading all these complaints I've come to the conclusion that the excusers the agents give these poor people are all the same sob stories I also was told I did not sign my bank form wy wifes I'd was to light and her dates does not correspond surely if u look closely they are only delaying the in evertable cause the longer they prolong it that agents have a job and there rudeness tells u they are in on the act the fund are making millions of these money govement so busy with there own stuff that they can't even assist there own people with this problem
