We had paid for our room at econolodge, Montpelier, VT. We had paid in advance and had proof of payment. Hotel said payment had been declined. We had to pay for room again in order to access it. Room was shocking. Old and shabby and over priced. We are now struggling to obtain acknowledgment and a refund from either agoda, econolodge or their umbrella group of Choice hotels.
