Had booked room through Agoda. After reaching hotel we found that there was no booking with the hotel.

my booking i d is 213190097 i have booked a double suite with 2 queen double beds of 443 sq. m. but when i called hotel they say will give small room of 26sq.m. and with 1 queen bed . i am repeatedly calling agoda but no solution is provided to me the payment is already taken from my card .please help
