I was visiting India from Australia and booked a bedroom in Hotel Delhi Aerocity for 5 June and 12 June 2018 nights via agoda.com.

My flight landed at 11 PM and I took a taxi and found this hotel closed along with other adjacent hotels in that lane. The hotel shutters were down with darkness outside and inside.

Taxi driver informed me these hotels are closed on the authority of Delhi government a couple of days ago. I was surprised as I received the same day an email from hotel welcoming me.

I made booking at another hotel that day and wrote to the Hotel Delhi Aerocity. They said we were partially closed and only agreed to cancel my 12th June booking.

I would appreciate your help in this matter.
